About Pencarrow KindergartenThe Kindergarten was established almost 30 years ago. It was originally situated in a semi-rural environment, this has recently seen some redevelopment.
Although predominantly a European community we foster strong reciprocal relationships be We offer a Morning Session, which is open to both three and four year olds and operates five mornings a week 8:30am - 12:30pm. The wide age range encourages a nurturing environment between our older and younger children. The excellent resources support a high quality educational programme. We also offer a Full Day session which operates Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 2:30pm. This is for a smaller group of twenty children. During this programme we include Brain Gym and Transition to School activities. We are fostering relationships with the local Primary Schools and are currently encouraging reciprocal visits between the teaching teams. The Kindergarten Management Committee actively supports the teaching programme and provides a point of social contact for our families.
